This platform provides job seekers with an online training that uses skills videos, group exercises and other forms of assessments done with existing employees, so canditates can learn things like technical skills required in their future role, organisational behavior needed to fit in within a company.
It is all about inclusivity and searching for innovations. On a daily basis,
I worked with the CEO. After he gathered impactful feedback from potential clients, I always tried to implement it in my designs. On the other hand,
I kept advocating for learners to keep things simple and easy and give them the possibility to have the best experience of upgrading their skills.

My role: UX Designer - collaboration with the UI Designer
The challenges:
- Design a comprehensive platform for different roles: Learners, Employers, Tutors, Partners and Admins.
- Create as simple as possible learning flow for the Learners
- Design as many features as possible to transfer offline tasks to online environment
- Design pages available before creating an account - landing page, courses page, blog, events page, etc...
- Create a mobile version with an emphasis on learning flow to make it possible to finish the courses for those who do not have access to computers.
